After using the toilet paper on myself I noticed there was dry poop covering the toilet paper! THAT WAS NOT MINE! This is the most disgusting thing I have ever experienced. I went down to the lobby and the gentleman working switches my family and I rooms. When I was ready to check out the next day I asked for the main line to complain and you know what his answer was “well I changed your room mam” excuse me????! This is completely unacceptable! I will be contacting corporate. He did not want to give me the hotels number he said I could just google it he was very rude after that and his name is GRUShow More
