The hotel is in a great location to see everything, due to this we were able to tick everything off our list that we wanted to see in Rome, it was walking distance to everything. The staff were lovely, especially the breakfast team who always brightened our mornings and served our English tea in a lovely tea pot... 'tea like the Queen', she'd say haha. The Quadruple room we stayed in was ideal, the beds were very comfy and a great size bathroom for 3 girls. Overall we had a brilliant stay, and our other friend has even booked up for next year to take her family. Thanks for a great stay.Show More

However, we stayed in the suite and there was torrential rain storms one of the days and we woke up to the bathroom leaking. Since we were in the suite, there were bowls in the kitchen to collect water. We informed the staff but we don’t have evidence they fixed anything (they sent in someone but we came back later after another storm and there was water in the bowls again.) I completely understand that it’s hard to fix immediately but they didn’t seem invested in fixing when we brought it up a second time. They may have fixed it by now but just to be aware during any rainy seasons!Show More
