A friend and I decided to do Vegas for one night. Fly in first thing in the morning and last flight out the next day. Since I'm Hilton Diamond and we've never stayed at Resorts World, we decided to check it out. I do have the Aspire card, so I get a $200 resort credit twice every year, so that covered the majority of the deposit which was the whole amount listed above.
Being diamond I got upgraded twice. Once thru the app before the trip to a city view and then again at check in to a strip view. I don't spend much time in the room when in Vegas, but it was still much appreciated. Little things do make a difference loyalty wise. The really sweet thing was once we got to the room, there was sparkling wine and chocolates waiting for us. I never contacted the hotel to tell them anything, so this was a nice surprise. Maybe it was something they did for Valentine's Day? Regardless, it was a nice treat.
Juniors - $105.40
Starbucks - $19.56
Dawg House - $150.20
Alle Lounge - $132.23
Sundries East Retail - $30.25
Famous Foods - $47.18
Above are the places we patronized while here. Juniors was nice for breakfast after we checked in. Starbucks for later in the morning when we needed a caffeine kick. The $50 food & beverage credit only works at Dawg House so we stopped by for drinks and some apps. Cocktails here are horrible, so just go for the straight beer or liquor. Alle is a beautiful swanky enclosed rooftop lounge. We ended up getting a table at walk in. Note that tables have a two item min per person. There was a convenience store right by our elevators, so stopped by before crashing for the night to get waters, sodas, toiletries, etc. Before we left, we did a quick dinner at two spots in their food stall area.
We did try to get late check out, but were told they were fully booked up on the 14th. I did go into the app to see if I could book a room for the day and Conrad was indeed sold out.
I typically stay at MGM properties while in Vegas, but it was nice checking out another chain. I do wish Conrad was more in the middle of the action, but at least you still get the Vegas feel with Resorts World. Easy gambling is a must when staying in Sin City.
Note 1 - There were no robes and slippers in the room, but they do offer them. You just have to call and ask.
Note 2 - They do take Hilton gift cards. I was able to pay with one at check out.
Note 3 - It isn't that hard to level up with Genting Rewards. The second level comes with free self parking if you don't want to pay for parking. I only gambled the first day we were here.

3/10 In summary, this is a beautiful hotel with clean rooms and a great location. You’ll enjoy it as long as you don’t interaStaying at this hotel showed me that it is a 5-star hotel with 2-star service. The room was nice and clean, and the location was convenient—those were the positives.

4/10 Poor staff, rip off hotel I had an extremely disappointing stay at the Resorts World Conrad in Las Vegas. After a cancelled flight, my colleagues and I arrived at the hotel at 2 AM, exhausted and just wanting to get to our rooms. What followed was a chaotic and painfully slow check-in process that took over an hour. It was taking 10-15 minutes per person, and the staff seemed completely untrained, unsure of what they were doing.
When I finally got to my room, I was hungry, so I grabbed a tube of chips from the minibar—only to find they were stale and had expired in 2023. When I brought this up at the front desk the next day, I was met with complete indifference. The staff member expected me to report it to a different department, as if it were my responsibility to fix their housekeeping issues.
There were also safety concerns. One of the elevators was malfunctioning and got jammed while I was in it, which felt incredibly unsafe. Again, when I reported it to a staff member, they asked me to report it to someone else—once again, as though this were my responsibility. The lack of accountability and basic customer service was shocking.
On top of all this, the resort fee was extremely high and wasn’t made clear on the booking site before arrival. It felt like a hidden charge, adding to the frustration of an already overpriced stay. Even more frustrating, at least half of the sun loungers at the pool were reserved, and they expected guests to pay an extra $200 for the nicer ones—despite already paying a premium for the room and resort fee.
There was no free water or coffee in the rooms, and the minibar and other services were absurdly overpriced. For a supposedly high-end hotel, these basic amenities should have been included.
Overall, the experience was frustrating, disappointing, and not worth the money. I will not be staying here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

10/10 Wow! This is a great resortWow! The low rating for this hotel does not do it justice. They had some computer issues that made check-in ridiculously long for a day or so and got horrible reviews. When I was there, I checked in at about 1 PM on a Monday in about 5 minutes.
All the staff is great from reception to housekeeping and all in between that I encountered.
The rooms are great, comfortable and modern. In order to get in at 1 PM, I had to take a disability room so the shower was not elegant but is what you'd expect for those needs. I had a nice view of the Strip looking towards the Wynn and Trump Hotel.
Had breakfast and to-go lunch at Juniors and was great. Was able to use my Hilton Diamond Food & Beverage credit there. Was attending a conference at the Wynn and Conrad was less expensive at this time and only a 15 min walk or so. At Wynn, had great meals at Sinatra's and Allegro. Conference had a cool reception at XS Nightclub at Wynn.
Was able to find a $10 blackjack table at Resorts World during that Monday afternoon.
This is one of the nicest places I have stayed in Vegas and been there a lot. The newness makes it special.

7/10 Nice Hotel but Mismanaged in Check Out!The hotel is still relatively new, and the outlook from the room to the Las Vegas Strip was very good. The shower is very good too, and the bed is comfortable.

9/10 Best stay of 4People at the Dawg House were very nice and helpful. Cindy deserves big kudos. She was very kind, friendly, and considerate! 4th time staying here but the best visit of the 4. For once, your slot machines were loose enough that I could get some decent wins before plowing it all back in. Overall, I lost, but the entertainment value was exceptional. It was the first time that I stayed with you that I didn't have to leave and go elsewhere to play. I am sure you realize that most people want to be entertained when they play... winning is secondary!

8/10 Good facilitiesOne of the newest hotels in Las Vegas, it is absolutely massive and it takes a while to figure it all out. It the most famous night clubs of the city, Zouk, and plenty of dinning options.
The rooms are very nice although the mattress is too soft in my opinion. The pool area is really nice and it has plenty of space for events.
Very recommended

2/10 A LONG LONG WAITThere is either a huge systems or people problem at this hotel. Took 30 mins to check in. They had a lady trying to help people check in digitally but for most people it didn't work. They said they had been caught off guard on staffing because a lot of flights had been delayed and the next day the queues were the same.

7/10 GoodThe property is located within Resorts World. There were plenty of restaurants and entertainment to choose from. I had a room with a view of the strip, and that was beautiful to wake up to every morning. Property was very clean, and it was easy navigating around the property.

10/10 10/10 Recommend staying here!My new favorite place to stay in Vegas! We were upgraded from the Conrad to the Crocksford and our friends stayed in the Hilton - honestly they were very similar but Crocksford definitely has a nicer room. The resort is super clean, nice rooms, comfortable beds and SO many food options for everyone and any budget. They also have a great nightlife scene with lots of bars, lounges, sports bars and a nightclub, Zouk. The Alle 66 lounge is our favorite with the best views! It's also easy to walk to Fashion Show Mall, Encore & Wynn. We came to see a show at the Sphere and it was a quick taxi ride. If you enjoy being on the strip but not staying in a super overcrowded congested area/resort then Resorts World is perfect!

1/10 Never againDirty bathroom. Upon arrival, waited 30+ minutes to check in. Then got to dirty room. Then went to have a cocktail and was told their "machine was down" so I could not sign the check to my room. When I told the manager I didnt bring another credit card she said she would call security and escort me to the front desk.
