Room smelled awful: The room had a strong muddy/dusty/damp smell the entire time. The air felt dirty, not ventilated, and I actually woke up with a blocked throat because of how bad the air quality was. That should not happen in a hotel.
Bathroom was gross: The bathroom smelled like sewage, and there was no working vent, so the smell just stayed there and then spread into the bedroom. It made the whole room feel dirty and unhygienic.
Extremely noisy: You can hear everything, street noise, people in the hallway, people in the next room. On top of that, the AC unit kept turning on and off every few minutes and was loud. It woke me up repeatedly. This is not a place where you can actually rest.
Bed and linens smelled: The bed itself had a bad, musty odor, like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. After lying on it, I felt like the smell transferred onto me and even onto my clothes. By the time I left, my clothes smelled like the room.
Overall cleanliness is questionable, between the smell, the bathroom, and the air quality, it really didn’t feel like the room was being maintained to a basic standard.
I cannot believe it is so dirty, smelly, loud, and uncomfortable. I could not sleep, I did not feel clean, and I wanted to leave as soon as possible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.show more
