I had a wonderful time at Cordis. Everything was very clean which I loved. The room was immaculately clean and no dust anywhere, the bathroom was also very clean (no discoloured shower grout, mold or ...I had a wonderful time at Cordis. The room was immaculately clean and no dust anywhere, the bathroom was also very clean (no discoloured shower grout, mold or dust which I was super happy with). I also loved that the center mirror didn't fog after showers and that the lighting by the mirrors was balanced, really helpful for preparing to go out and you need to put on makeup. There was an extensive range of amenities that made us feel extra accommodated. In the room itself they provided extra nice amenities like body lotion, a good hair dryer, and cups to use in the bathroom for rinsing after brushing. I also appreciated that we could request for a variety of amenities if we wanted them, like razors or loofahs, it really makes us feel like we could make ourselves comfortable in Cordis. Being able to borrow a phone charging cable was very helpful to my friend who forgot theirs at home. The reception and porter staff were amazing and helpful. It was my first time dealing with booking a room at a hotel and they were patient and kind enough to explain to me how Cordis' services worked. I also really appreciated the patience and assistance of the Spa desk staff, I kept on having issues with accessing my locker and each time she would patiently help me open it and set a pin. Some warnings I want to make are do make sure to read all of your cards thoroughly when you first settle into the room. Me and my friend missed out that in order for housekeeping to make your beds you had to place a specific card on the beds. Also for those booking through booking.com please be aware you need to pay a $200 security for the room. It was not made explicitly clear when I booked through booking.com. On a positive not the hotel does release the hold on the money fairly quickly which is good. Show More

We arrived at 06.00 due to our night flight and they generously allowed us to access a room which they also upgraded to one a little bigger. We were really appreciative of that. Excellent customer service! The bed and pillows were really comfortable with nice quality linen. You get bottled water on arrival and then a water cooler at the end of each corridor for refilling. Fridge with mini bar, kettle and tea/coffee and good bathroom toiletries. Safe. Tv with international channels. Overall the corridors were really quiet although when we did have a neighbour we realised how thin the walls are! The hotel is a long way down (or up!) to and from the water front, but the hotel provides a free shuttle service both ways every hour every day (last return 21.15) which mitigates this obstacle. My Wi-Fi access kept throwing me out although my husband didn’t have this problem. Friendly staff.Show More

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall experience felt genuinely five-star. The hotel is very kids-friendly, and the convenience of the complimentary shuttle to key spots to the city and war museum made getting around much easier. The Club Lounge was a standout. The space was calm and welcoming, with good food options for both adults and children. Nisha deserves special mention for her warm, attentive service. She took great care of us and made our visits to the lounge noticeably better. A great stay for families, and we would happily return.Show More
