Place was great for it's cleanliness. Staff were excellent and facilities had a lot to offer. Generous with towels in room and breakfast was superb with plenty of choices. They offered free tea and cookies which was a nice touch. Location was excellent being in the heart of downtown.

10/10 EXCELLENT HOTEL STAY...WILL STAY LONGER NEXT TIME!!!
It states online that they offer a CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST, but it's actually a HOT BREAKFAST which was awesome, a very nice surprise and great food and selection! The room with a hot tub and king size bed was perfect, so comfortable and extremely clean, we were very impressed! The location was great too, close to the falls and all of the attractions. We came to see the Festival of Lights and go up to the Skylon Tower which was amazing! We will definitely be back!

10/10 Great hotel with a great location. With a indoor pool and breakfast included.
It was a wonderful experience. My wife and I had a blast. The pool was great, the breakfast was wonderful. The rooms were spacious. The service was also wonderful to. Everything that we needed was within minutes of driving with bus service near by.

8/10 Easy affordable & logistically comfy walk to any where around the falls
Right price & the room was large with a spa. It was comfy. It was in the opposite end of Niagara but it didn’t make much difference as most things are 10-20mins walk.

9/10 Generally, everything is fine. Price is fair. I’ll come back again one day if given the chance.
Breakfast meal is just right for the price. Should have been better if there are more choices like fried rice etc.
