From start to end the service was excellent. They were attentive to all our needs and especially made our young children (4 & 8) feel very comfortable and well looked after. The hotel is very well laid out, clean and provides all the amenities you require. The pool is a lovely area, although the bar wasn't manned all the time, so service was a little slow here, but nothing worth complaining about. The food was delicious and variety is incredibly extensive, all very well presented. The breakfast buffet was a sight - it was so well presented and yummy. Natty - who looked after us at breakfast and when we had lunch one day was a fantastic host, a credit to Marriott. We will be back for sure!! Thank you all at Courtyard by Marriott - Bangkok. Location was fabulous, right in the middle of Bangkok with lots to do!Show More

The location is excellent — close to shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests. The room was clean, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable stay throughout my visit. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of dishes with both Thai and international options, and the quality was impressive. Although I didn’t receive a complimentary room upgrade or any additional perks this time, the overall service and hospitality made my stay enjoyable and hassle-free. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Bangkok.Show More
