Vanessa, Kelly, and their entire team went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly — from the very first time we reached out, right through check-in and check-out. Every detail was handled with care and professionalism, and their warm hospitality made our whole group feel welcome and appreciated. The hotel itself is in a perfect location — close to everything Niagara has to offer — and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable.
