The hotel’s location is excellent right in the heart of downtown with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and transit.
Parking, however, can be a bit tricky. The Marriott app listed daily parking at $27, but in reality, the only on-site option is valet parking for $54 per night. I decided to use the valet, and to their credit, the service was very efficient and quick. This should be communicated more accurately through Marriott site.
There’s a restaurant and bar just off the lobby with an open-concept layout. I had dinner there one evening while the food was okay and service prompt, the portions were on the smaller side and prices were a bit steep. There’s also a Starbucks in the building for convenience.
One of the nicest surprises was the complimentary breakfast for Marriott Bonvoy members, served in its own private area. That perk isn’t something I’ve often seen at Courtyard locations, and it made mornings much easier before heading to meetings.
The room itself was comfortable, though a bit dated. The bed was great, Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, and there was a handy mini-fridge. Housekeeping could have been better there were a few hairs around the sink and the bathroom could have used a deeper clean. There was also a scheduled water shutdown overnight (1–5 a.m.), but it didn’t affect my stay.
Overall, the location, friendly service, and Bonvoy perks made this a solid choice for a downtown business stay. A little more attention to cleanliness and clarity around parking would make it even better.Show More
