We spent 3 nights there & had ev...The process was super easy & instructions for accessing the house were easy to follow. This place was a perfect convenient location for activities in downtown Houston. We spent 3 nights there & had everything we needed for our stay. So many small details included that I feel were above and beyond what we normally see in an AirBNB type stay. There was an array of teas, coffees, sugar & substitutes(thank you), 5/6 diff type coffee creamer singles(a Splenda 1 incl). There was a carousel on the island that had snacks, frequently forgotten items: toothpaste, toothbrushes, mouthwash, face wipes, hand wipes, Tylenol, bug spray and a bunch of stuff I have forgotten. We really appreciated this touch. Also, the day of checkout I messaged the host a few hours before the scheduled 11am checkout to request a 12pm checkout because the Astros game didn’t start until 1pm. The host responded near immediate and was gracious enough to grant us the extra hour. Lastly, we left the property and made it to the stadium & realized I had left my phone and we turned around immediately and went back to the house. The code for the door was invalid(expected, we had already checked out). We called the host and she responded immediately & remotely unlocked the house for us to grab my phone. This property met all of our needs. We are STH for the Astros and spend a lot of time in Houston. We had a wonderful & cozy stay & because of this and hospitality that we received we will definitely rebook. Show More
