The staff is exceptional, always smiling, always helpful, and going out of their way to make the stay special. We had a mishap an the airport, and the hotel welcomed us with a beautiful gesture. It is the city centre, do of course it is noisy from the street, but we always travel with earplugs. (I do not understand why people moan about traffic noise in Spains 2nd largest city! What did they expect) The rooftop terrace is beautiful, even at this time of the year. The bathroom is lovely, the bed comfortable with a choice of pillows, coffee machine and kettle were all we needed. When we will return to Barcelona, I would not stay anywhere else.Show More

It was quite clean and they had all the toiletries including tooth brush and a small toothpaste, shower cap and shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash all from Rituals. The staff was exceptional, very very polite, we left the baggage there in the morning, and also the day that we were leaving. They also offered to stay to the lobby till we went off to airport. Very good location, it is a 9 minutes walk to casa batllo, and everything is quite near. I highly recommend this hotel :) very pleased!Show More
