First of all, we (my daughter and I) have arrived early. The check in was at 3pm, but we arrived at 12.30pm. We were going to the show at O2, so needed to get ready before. Still,we were early. Gustav...First of all, we (my daughter and I) have arrived early. The check in was at 3pm, but we arrived at 12.30pm. We were going to the show at O2, so needed to get ready before. Still,we were early. Gustavo (I think he is the manager) was looking after us. He looked, if we could check in, but was not available yet. We were happy to go for a walk, so they stored our luggage. About 50 min later we returned, but as much as he tried (even to give us different room), therr was no option. To help us, he organised us to get access to the spa changing room, where was relaxed, comfortable and easy to get ready for the show. Again, they stored our luggages. When we returned after the Havasi concert (and little shopping), again was friendly, and helpful. The other lady (sadly didnt catch her name) was ever so helpful and smiley and lovely to check us in too. We can only praise the staff. Thank you. We had a fantastic experience. 😊 Oh! And the dinner and breakfast was delicious too. Best pain au chocolate ever!!! 😋Show More

When checking in I was greeted by a very welcoming member of staff, who provided lots of information and kindly gave me an upgraded room. The room was lovely, quite large with additional comfortable seating. It was so good to see water provided with a good supply of teas and coffee, plus hot chocolate. The bathroom was a good size, and the shower was quite powerful and warm. Overnight there was a little noise from the river and airplanes overhead, but it did not disturb my night. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows and a warm soft duvet. The following morning the breakfast staff were very attentive and there was a vast array of excellent foods to enjoy. Set me up for my return journey home. Thank you.Show More

Restaurante vis-a vis, am mancat la Al Masar Lebanese Restaurant si pentru noi a fost o super masa, gustos si portii mari. Recomandam.
