King size room were a decent size. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast, although due to renovations was in their sister site, literally 2 minute walk away, had a decent buffet breakfast, not a huge vegetarian option but was fine, didn't have omelette but they have an omelette station, which looked decent. I also liked that outside our room was a water tap to fill the bottles up. Lifts were accessible. As the main entrance was closed off, one of the staff did help with our luggage down some stairs and then up the stairs to check in. Our first day the tv didn't work we notified reception desk when we returned batteries were replaced. Would've been nice if we could return to see it all done up.Show More

Booked through booking.com, reasonable reviews and price. Arrived and asked to pay a massive security deposit on my credit card which will be “returned if no damage”. This p***es me off. You have my details, if there is damage, have a conversation with me. I am a) reasonable and b) not a hooligan or 80’s rock star…..the TV will stay on the wall and in the room…it will be ok! The room was ok, we’ve stayed in better. There were about 100 cigarette butts outside the window, we’re not smokers but it appears the “no smoking” is quite relaxed here, they do little to hide the evidence or the cleaner can’t reach down that far to knock then off. Slept well. Hotel is popular and busy, but the room is quite sound proof. The best bit, was the breakfast. Not buffet style, but plated up for you. You can ask for more if required. The food was hot and good quality. Coffee good, pastries good. All good. Good food, good service. Made up for the other little irritation’s.Show More

No restaurant, bar, not even a vending machine to get water etc at night. 4 star hotel with 1 star facilities. Stairwells are half painted with broken bannisters. Scaffolding up outside and no sign showing the name of the hotel. Room on 5th floor, supposedly new renovated. Tiles in the bathroom cracked, bathroom door needs painted, decor wise is just a poor finish. Was told if we wanted food to go their sister hotel around the corner where you get 25% for the inconvenience of their hotel having nothing. The 25% was off of food only and they add a 12.5% service charge to the entire bill so probably saved 7/8%. The food and the hotel was 10 times better than the one we stayed in and they are both supposedly 4 star. Checked out and not even a “ How was your stay” If we had known it was almost not fit for purpose and no facilities were open we would never have booked this for over £220.00 for 1 night. Will be taking this up with booking.com. The positive is that it’s 2 minute walk to underground and a street with a few eateries etc.Show More

Newly renovated...This hotel is situated close to the Earls Court Tube Station. Various places within walking distance to eat. I stayed 8 nights in September. Pros - Staff very lovely and welcoming. Newly renovated rooms are clean and comfortable. This is a boutique hotel. Plenty of places to eat and full full-service Marriott 2 blocks away. I ate dinner and had breakfast at the Marriott. Could not use the executive lounge, which was a bummer. Cons- Lift was out 5 days, but is now refurbished and working. No refrigerators in rooms anymore. No ice machines. No wash cloths (face cloths). I had to go out and buy ice and washcloths, and a small disposable cooler. I would stay here for 2 -3 day stays, but anything longer just won't fit my needs. I like a cold bottle of water and drinks to be available.Show More
