LOCATION! The room was clean, but the only thing that didn’t work was the TV. We called the from desk, & they sent someone to fix it, but looked at it & said they had to get some “tools”, but they did...LOCATION! We fell asleep & to be honest not sure if they came back or not since we did fall asleep & placed the do not disturb sign after. No one followed up with us if our tv eventually worked so we just left it alone. It wasn’t an emergency that we needed the tv, it I would have help if it did work.Show More

We get to our room, it’s hotter inside than outside. The guy comes to fix the a/c removes the whole unit and puts a new one in. The new one is broken too. Mind you it’s summer and 100+ degrees out. To be fair- the room was clean and they didn’t give us any trouble when asking for a refund. But they did not offer a different room, or an upgrade of any kind.Show More
