Our stay in the hotel far exceeded my expectations. Although on the smaller side, our room was very comfortable and had more amenities than I could have thought of. Although on the smaller side, our room was very comfortable and had more amenities than I could have thought of. One of the facilities we found really useful were the coin laundries on two of the floors and the ability to monitor whether the machines were available or occupied from the tv in our room! Having arrived late and very tired, we really appreciated the convenience of the 7-11 in the basement. We also paid extra for the hotel breakfast, which was outstanding and the best breakfast we had in our two week trip. The breakfast is buffet style offering both “western” options and Japanese options. It is convenient and very delicious so really worth it I think. The hotel provided not only the usual toiletries, but also bath salts, beauty products (hair oil, toner, moisturisers), extra tea and coffee, toothbrushes, combs, trouser press and other things for hire at the front desk such as bathroom scales. It is located in a very quiet commercial district but close to a Metro station and the Shinjuku train and bus coach station so we found the location extremely convenient. If you like to walk, then it is also a lovely stroll south from the hotel to Meju Jingu and the Harajuku district. I could go on forever about how much I enjoyed our stay!Show More

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is near to Nishi Shinjuku subway and not far from the main Shinjuku station. It was also easy to get to Narita by Limousine bus by getting on at the Hilton ...We really enjoyed staying at this hotel.
