The home was nice, but the surrounding properties did not seem to be the cleanest outside. The pool staff was excellent, but the front office/check in People were unfriendly. The pool was not heated. Then while we were staying there the fridge broke & we had to move properties. This caused a lot of stress and time spent away from my family while I had to deal with these is...The pool was not heated. Then while we were staying there the fridge broke & we had to move properties. This caused a lot of stress and time spent away from my family while I had to deal with these issues! We had to change places we were staying. We were moved to a different location that was near a highway and extremly loud. We got very little rest and had to biy pur own toliet paper as they did not provide any extras.Show More
