I accidently picked the wrong night to stay. My online booking was for Saturday, but I had wanted Friday. This was done online and the website did have problems with going back to defaults such as adding an extra person. Whatever happened, the front desk were able to change my booking and check me in. All done in a short period of time.

7/10 Comfortable enough but a little higher priced for London ON
Breakfast was good and reasonable in price. The kitchen staff were a little slow. The food at the bar was overpriced and the pasta wasn’t very good. It was like French onion soup and beef dumped onto ziti not a fan!

The room was very clean and comfortable. We got away for a night to celebrate a birthday and the amenities were very accommodating. Was upgraded to a king bed and had an excellent breakfast.

Great place and great staff, drawback would only be that the area was not the nicest, I was traveling alone with my son and did not feel comfortable in the area but the hotel and restaurant was great!
