The informati...There was a massive water leak in the lobby and without knowing I placed my luggage on it while I was waiting for 2 hours to check in (I was early). My luggage obviously became a sponge. The information was met with indifference by the staff member. I feel I should have been offered laundry service or SOMETHING to hep me rectify my wet clothing and other belongings. Instead I was merely told of the payment laundry facilites on the property. I then had to just hang up my clothing in the room and wait for it to dry out. And I was never told what kind of leak it was. I'm now still worried about what kind of leak that was. The location is great and the nearby parking worked very well. The staff were outstanding. Even though it’s an old hotel it was comfortable, clean, quiet, had windows I could open for fresh air.The location is great and the nearby parking worked very well. The staff were outstanding.
