They even provided a baby bath tub for our room. I would recommend opting in for breakfast especially if you are an early riser or have kids to feed, the food was delicious, varied and ample, even if it was a bit on the expensive side, we liked the convenience. The onsen experience was also lovely, my husband loved the free coffee and Yakult with his morning onsen trips.Show More

They provided all sorts of amenities and the bath was great - cold and hot pools plus outdoor onsen. Laundry was free, dryer is Y100. I read a previous review about the dryer being slow, and split our laundry across 3 machines. The dryer automatically calculated the time needed, and every load came out dry. The massage chair is amaaaazing! The whole family loved the free ice cream, yakult, and the kids were over the moon with the free ramen. Everyone agreed this was the most fun they had in a hotel!Show More

This was not our first stay at a dormy inn hotel, we always prefer it to other city hotels because of its onsen, very good services (even the small details like the shampoo bar and the pijamas matter) and excellent breakfast. We also appreciated that they offered extra pillows when we needed them.Show More
