My wife gave her card details, as usual when checking in. And as usual any debits taken out when checking out. And the card details then taken out the system. Well that obviously didn’t happen. I was charged the full amount of my stay again today 3 months later, using my wife’s card. The hotel is not answering their phone, and not responding to my emails. My bank is hopefully dealing with this. But be very careful when checking out that you get a full receipt and assurance that the details of your card are removed from their system.Show More

All the staff at the hotel were very helpful and welcoming. The room was fairly basic but very comfortable and spotless. Breakfast was amazing. As we chose the breakfast included option when picking rooms, we were given a $33 credit for each person per day, which could be used in the onsite restaurant at any time of the day. You had the option to either use the A La Carte menu, which was very good or the buffet. We also ate twice in the restaurant in the evening and had very good, reasonably priced meals. The outside space with the pool was lovely to use after a day of sightseeing, although as expected there are certain times of the day when the sun hides behind a neighbouring skyscraper. There is a little pool shop that sells drinks and snacks. The location is ideal and close to all top attractions.Show More
