The hotel was quiet, clean, and generally well-kept. There were little items that bothered me, however, like a toilet paper holder that was broken, no fridge, no coffee maker, and only one ice machine...The hotel was quiet, clean, and generally well-kept. There were little items that bothered me, however, like a toilet paper holder that was broken, no fridge, no coffee maker, and only one ice machine for all 20 floors. The ice machines had been pulled out and never replaced. Staff was nice enough, and when checking out, each patron in front of us reported issues like a broken TV and leaks, and staff continually relayed the problems via walkie-talkie. The a/c worked great and the bed was firm. I likely won't book again however er due to a $17 charge for breakfast, no pool, and having no perks except the room. $200 per night, I expected a little more. Parking was free.show more

TP falls into trash can. They are in desperate need of a remodel. Complained twice today and nothing has been fixed. Way overpriced for this lack of quality. Beds extremely hard and uncomfortable. Book your stay elsewhere.show more
