Service was fabulous. You know a good hotel when something goes wrong, and in our case we did something wrong and left a bank card behind on the desk. The receptionist, Ray, who we rang, went to great lengths to protect the card for our return and when we got back the hotel manager (Greek name which eludes me, can't remember if it was Steiros or a Greek equivalent of Kevin) also went out of his way to make sure we got our card back safely.Show More

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. I booking a group rate that included taxes but when we arrived we were told that the rate was a mistake and the hotel would not honor it. After posting a Google review, I received a response from the hotel apologizing and asking me to contact them. When I called, I was put into voicemail and never received a call back. The Hilton corporate offices refuse to help saying that they don’t get involved in billing issues. I will never stay at a Hilton property again!Show More
