The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between classic charm and modern comfort, making it a great place to unwind after a long day. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with thoughtful amenities that made my stay more convenient. I particularly appreciated the quiet environment, which allowed me to rest and focus. The service was outstanding — the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. You could feel the springs underneath. You could hear insanely loud music from the underground - and I was on the 3rd floor (mostly just the bass but it was loud enough to keep me awake). The crash pad is basically a shoe box that they stuff you in. Also, if you want to stay in this room with someone other than just yourself, and you value your privacy, you will be incredibly annoyed. There is frosted glass on the door to the toilet but you can still see the person inside pretty clear. lol and the shower has NO FROSTED GLASS at all. There is no bathroom. There’s just a shower and a toilet at the foot of the bed. For $500+ a night, this was ridiculous.Show More

The staff we're brilliant, professional, hard working, and kind as can be. They generally wanted to make sure that our event was everything we wanted it to be. The food was fantastic (get the Meze platter, crowd favourite), we had most of our guests comment on how good it was, a truly great sign from a food-focused family. The venue is the perfect mix of fun and fancy for such an occasion, if you're looking for something similar, you'd be crazy not to consider the Drake as your venue of choice. We couldn't recommend it more, and we have Faegen and the rest of the beautiful people at the Drake to thank for delivering the perfect start to our perfect weekend!Show More

Faegen, our event specialist, was a true pro. While I stressed over every little detail, she calmly assured me they had everything handled, from the food and drinks to the seating, stage, décor, and flow of the day. Faegen mentioned that The Drake has been doing this for years, and it really shows. She was on-site throughout to make sure everything went off without a hitch. With the added bonus of on-site hotel rooms, it’s a fantastic spot for hosting any kind of company function. And if you get to work with Faegen, you’re in excellent hands!Show More
