Breakfast was good with large selection of Asian food, Halal, and western food. The room on entering good, but be careful not to trip on the lip into them bathroom. I found this a hazard as I closed the entrance door I stepped to the right as Inclosed the door and tripped on this raised lip pretty much every timenwe entered the room. MAINTENANCE - The amature and sloppy repairs made in the room got them my low marks. Calking that got onto the door frame and partially wiped leaving a white smear is the mark of amature repair. Shower and sink is luke warm even after repairman came. Sink faucet had a very unattractive and amature amount of caulking from the base to the spikit. SeeShow More

Local tours- A good starting point for tours out of Cheng Mai as well as walking tours in Cheng Mai. 5.
