I had a very disappointing experience at the Casino’s table games. At the Ultimate Texas Hold’em table, the pit manager/supervisor handled a seating decision very poorly. They allowed someone who wasn’t even playing at the table to take a seat before giving priority to an existing player who had been playing there the whole time. This is not only unfair to loyal players but also shows a lack of proper customer consideration. Very dissatisfied with the management’s decision-making and the overall experience.
