We stayed at the annex location which is beside the main one. The check-in/check-out process was really easy and convenient. Everything was done online and we never had to interact with the owner. Everything was done online and we never had to interact with the owner. The passcode for the building and our room was sent to us prior to our stay. The location is great. very close to 2-3 convenience stores, a 24-hr grocery store, and several places to eat at (Matsuya, Nakau, etc). It's within walking distance to Shinsekai Market and Tsutenkaku Tower. It's also a 5-min. walk to a train station (Ebisucho station). The room itself is very clean. It was equipped with a washer so we were able to do laundry during our stay (laundry detergent was also provided).Show More

We found a spotless, cosy, perfect room that left us feeling fully ready for the next day. The room is equipped with all we needed for a base - washing machine was especially helpful. The location was great with multiple train options within a 10min walk. Also, there were very clear instructions on how to use everything ftom the air con, tv remote, and shower room heating/cooling/ventilation system which I had no idea how to use. Very thoughfut. Muy cerca del metro y en 10 minutos estabamos ya en Shinsaibashi/Dotombori. Las camas eran bastante cómodas, la habitación era bastante amplia para estándares japoneses, había aire acondicionado y cocina y el baño tenía todos los productos necesarios.
