Schon bei der Ankunft fühlten wir uns herzlich willkommen. Das gesamte Team ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Alle Mitarbeitenden haben uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen und unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Während unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir am meisten Kontakt zu Anna, die uns beim Check-in begrüßt hat. Sie war unsere Hauptansprechpartnerin und hat sich mit viel Herz und Engagement um alles gekümmert, von Restaurantempfehlungen und Tischreservierungen über die Organisation unserer Kreuzfahrt in der Halong-Bucht bis hin zu Busverbindungen. Gleichzeitig möchten wir betonen, dass auch Jessica, Vova und das gesamte Hotelteam großartig waren. Alle sind herzlich, hilfsbereit und arbeiten wunderbar zusammen. Man spürt, wie harmonisch das Team ist und wie viel Freude sie an ihrer Arbeit haben. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, mitten in der Altstadt und dennoch ruhig genug, um sich gut zu erholen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, viele mit Balkon, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht. Ein weiteres Highlight ist das Frühstück. Es ist reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und von ausgezeichneter Qualität. Neben dem Buffet kann man zusätzlich à la carte bestellen, alles wird frisch zubereitet und schmeckt hervorragend. Das Frühstücksteam ist ebenso freundlich und aufmerksam wie der Rest des Hauses. Wir waren so begeistert, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt spontan verlängert haben und vor unserem Rückflug noch einmal zwei zusätzliche Nächte hier verbringen werden, weil es uns so gut gefallen hat. Dieses Hotel ist ein Ort, an dem Herzlichkeit, Gastfreundschaft und Teamgeist spürbar sind. Wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. The best part of this hotel is the staff! Then location, then breakfast. The actual hotel is a bit run-down, but the other 3 areas make up for that. The most amazing tour coordinator is Jessica! The most amazing tour coordinator is Jessica! She went so above and beyond her job for me! In Hanoi, every other store is either coffee or tour booking. As soon as I made my reservation, Jessica reached out to me to tell me she could help in anyway. I tod her what I wanted, she sent me several itineraries and my trip was planned! When my Ha Long Bay cruise did not turn out to be what I expected, I was able to communicate with her during my cruise, and she helped to fix the problem. Breakfast is very good. Choice of pho, and the will make vegetarian, 5 different fruit pancakes, eggs to order, just about whatever you want. Location is great, too. 10 minute walk to train Street, about 30 minutes from airport. Always something to do at all hours in Hanoi..absolutely vibrant city!Show More

It was our second stay at Eliana Ruby after a 2 nights trip to Cát Bà and what should we say? It was as fantastic as our first stay! It was as fantastic as our first stay! Jessica and her team are so friendly, it felt like being at home. The breakfast is outstanding, especially the option to order freshly prepared Pho, Banh Mi or other dishes like pancakes. After our first trip, we told them that for us the beds were a little bit so soft - during our second stay we got directly harder toppers! Great service! Since our flight departed at 9am, we had to checkout at 5.45am and we used a transfer booked through the hotel. The team prepared a breakfast for take away consisting of fresh Banh Mi, watermelon, bananas and water. I am quite sure that this option would have also been offered if we had used Grab. Overall, we and especially our two kids had a great stay and we will definetely come back if we head ti Hanoi! Thank you Jessica, Anna and the whole team.Show More
