When we arrived in our 2 bedroom suites one of the bedrooms was locked, we messaged the property and never heard back. We booked for 5 people and there was 3 bath towels available, which led us sending $40 on two towels from a shop down the street. No communication with the property manager. Show More

Staff was very understanding and accomodating when we checked in late at night on a rainy day. Suite was just as described, the only thing was that the people above us were EXTREMELY LOUD. We could he...Staff was very understanding and accomodating when we checked in late at night on a rainy day. Suite was just as described, the only thing was that the people above us were EXTREMELY LOUD. We could hear what must have been a party because furniture was being heavily moved around, someone sounded like they were bouncing a ball and we could hear their voices so clearly, we had to ask front desk to tell those people to tone down the noise at 9pm.
