It does not look modernized at all. I booked a standard double room for a night Checked in and got our room card, we were surprised we went into a room with 2 double beds, brushed it off and checked the beds. We found crumbs and hair on the bed! For the washroom, we were so disappointed with the lighting. They only have mirror lighting which made the whole washroom so dim. Took pictures and went back to the lobby to complain regarding the disappointment. We made the lobby aware that we booked for 1 double bed room and not the 2 double beds. Clerk apparently “upgraded” our room without us knowing initially. We did not asked for an upgrade. We booked 1 standard double bed room for a reason and does not want 2 beds which we won’t be able to use. At 2am, we heard noises in the hallway. Rooms are not soundproof. Elevator wise, very dirty. Looked like it has not been cleaned for daily basis. I would not recommend this place. The rooms on the pictures does not looked anything in real life at all. Show More

There also was no hot water both times I tried to have a shower . And wifi didn’t even work . I phoned front desk and asked them to move us to a different room w a better bed etc . They showed us one and it was the exact same as ours terrible . Upon leaving I stopped at the front and asked to speak to management he said he wasn’t in until 9 am . I called at 9:20 when I got home and they said he was busy and to leave a message . Total disregard for customer service and satisfaction or comfort . 3 basic things . A comfortable bed . Hot water and wifi . Pretty simple standards and we got zero . I then did a Google review and the owner said he wanted to talk to me . So I phone the hotel at 5:20 pm today and no management once again . I want our money back or sone sort of compensation . This place was not worth the $180 we paid . Highly disappointed Show More

I am beyond frustrated with my stay at this hotel. The room we were given looked extremely old and run-down. The furniture, the bed, the overall condition—everything felt outdated and poorly maintaine...I am beyond frustrated with my stay at this hotel. The room we were given looked extremely old and run-down. The furniture, the bed, the overall condition—everything felt outdated and poorly maintained. The bed itself was small and uncomfortable, nothing close to what you’d expect for the amount we paid. We paid $267,000,000 for just two nights, and honestly, the room wasn’t worth even $50 a night. That price is outrageous for what we received. To make matters worse, the housekeeping service was a complete joke. We specifically asked for our room to be cleaned while we were out. After a long day, we came back around 11 p.m. expecting at least fresh towels and clean sheets, but NOTHING had been done. No towels changed, no sheets changed, not even the trash was taken out. The room was exactly the same as when we left it in the morning. This level of neglect is unacceptable. We were exhausted and extremely upset to walk back into a dirty, unkept room after paying so much money. The whole experience felt like a complete rip-off.Show More

Man this place was shady. Drug addicts, human trafficking, unhoused individuals seem to get referred here because they can use pre-paid credit cards to rent rooms. Drug addicts, human trafficking, unhoused individuals seem to get referred here because they can use pre-paid credit cards to rent rooms. Sad really, but still a horrible stay. Dirty lamps, towels, carpets. Had to ask for clean pillows. Wifi barely worked at all. No “do not disturb” signs so housekeeping will just randomly knock on your door or start entering your room. Entire property smells like Indian food from the attached restaurant (which seems to host a party every night). There’s a spot in the middle of the parking lot with two benches and a giant ashtray, so coming and going you become privy to the business of whatever drug dealers, prostitutes, and addicts are congregating there. Awful. After two nights I just left with a day left on my room. Just couldn’t do it, didn’t even care I was out the money. I checked into The Marriot. This place is the ultimate CATFISH online as well. You think you’re meeting a seven, then show up and immediately realize it’s a two.Show More
