Wonderful property. The suite was huge. Attention to detail was a bit "off". Self parking is free for guests but it needs to be keyed to your room. That did not happen at check in even though I was told it was taken care of. At check in they did not automatically return my identification to me resulting in a return to the front desk. The mini bar was all on sensors and I was charged $50 to store a slice of cheese and yogurt in it for a night. (They did remove the charge upon inquiry and complaint). The bathroom scale didn't work and needed a new battery which was replaced when I put the scale out for housekeeping. The view was outstanding. The room was very clean. The shower hot and refreshing. The elevators were frequent and fast. I felt very safe and generally cared for. It is a walk to head down to the Bellagio but the exercise was always welcome. I got a great deal on the suite so I have no complaints. If the little items mentioned above hadn't happened, it would be a five star stay.

10/10 Loved the large room
Loved the amount of space! We were a group of 3. We had a double queen room and were able to get a single extra bed for $50/night. The room was very spacious, with a large sectional and plenty of floor space for luggage, even with the extra bed. We also really appreciated how large the bathroom was and having double sinks.
It was definitely worth paying the higher price tag to have so much space. We didn’t really eat or gamble on the hotel itself (we ate off-strip and played at the cheaper casinos), so not much to say about that.
Also, water is super expensive, but the gym had free mini water bottles. Wish we discovered that earlier.

I have a bad back so after working 6am-4pm I just wanted to soak in the hot tub.
Guess what?
The close the pool and hot tub at 4pm!
So you would figure (like many hotels offer) that you could access the basic features of the spa- Hot tub/steam room.
NOPE.
$100 day pass.
You can limited your amenities and close them early... or upcharge but it's lame to do both.
I explained the situation and politely asked if I could get access to the hot tub just to easy my back for 30 minutes.....nope.
Poor hospitality/service : (

9/10 Fantastic stay and can’t wait to go back!
It was spotless and had all the glamour of Las Vegas. We didn’t want to step out as everything we needed was in the hotel. Awesome staff!!

10/10 Beautiful room with all the coolest features.
Loved the breakfast at Jardin. The food was delicious and the restaurant was beautiful. Our waitress, Lori, was really nice and fun to talk to.

Had a work meeting here and was more than impressed. Had an amazing room with a panoramic view of the strip. Very clean and spacious room. Easy access to our meeting rooms. Customer service was outstanding and check in was quick and easy. Would return for a family getaway.

9/10 Go to place in Las Vegas
Encore offers excellent service. It is well located on the Blvd and in walking distance from Wynn, Bellagio & Caesars hotels, thus you can attend shows or go to restaurants without the need of a car. The room is big, clean with a great view. Mine was towards the mountain and the golf course. The hotel offers shows, great restaurants, and many gambling machines (if you are into it).

6/10 Sad day at the pool
Way way overcrowded little do they let you know that the Wynn hotel pool is being renovated.
I get it...It's a beautiful day but on a Friday, mid day I could not find two lounge chairs together at 2:00 in the afternoon.
For over forty minutes without our hovering.

1/10 Worst service ever received in 55 years
I have been emailing the property calling the property constantly for over a week, reference an issue I had.
No one can even be bothered to call me back???
