I had about $2,000 cash with me on my trip. The money was for my eye surgery, and I put it in a blue bag. The hotel room didn't have a safe, so I put the money in my suitcase. We went to breakfast, re...I had about $2,000 cash with me on my trip. The money was for my eye surgery, and I put it in a blue bag. The hotel room didn't have a safe, so I put the money in my suitcase. We went to breakfast, returned to the room, and checked out before noon. When I drove home and unpacked my suitcase, I realized the blue bag was missing. I called the hotel around 10 p.m. that night. The staff member, Massi (?), told me she had to wait for the manager to arrive at 8 a.m. so she could check the room because there were other guests there. The next morning, we called the hotel. The staff member answered the phone and told us she would check the room and call us back. That afternoon, the woman told us she couldn't find my bag. We spent the entire day checking inside and outside the car and in the suitcase, but still couldn't find my blue bag. On the third day, we called, and the general manager answered the phone. She seemed unaware of what had happened. It sounded like no one had informed her. We told her what had happened. She told us she would check with the housekeeping team, the security cameras, and the keylogger. Later, she told us her cameras didn't cover the outside of our room. According to the information she provided, we checked out around 10 AM, housekeeping arrived at 2 PM, and the new guests checked in at 4 PM. The blue bag remained in the room until someone found it; otherwise, it would still be there. I hope someone finds it and returns it to me so I can get my eyes done this year. The money is very important to me, not to mention the other valuables in the bag. I pray every day that someone finds my bag so I can get my eyes healed. All the staff members we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the beds and pillow were quite comfortable. We were impressed with how quiet our floor was. The included breakfast was great! The oatmeal was super yummy and it was nice to take coffee with us. The hotel is dog-friendly and they have a large well-maintained grassy area out front which was very convenient. The dog stations with bags and waste receptacles are on one side of the building and not in front by the grass area. I suggested to the hotel manager that they put some dog stations out front and she seemed to take that suggestion seriously and thanked me for it. Overall a very positive and pleasant experience!Show More

I was really impressed with this hotel! My room was large, beautifully appointed with lux curtains, towels, and amazing bed linens. Bathroom lighting was excellent.
