For example, I asked for two extra coffee pods, and was given four...same with the bath so...The staff were very courteous, friendly and efficient and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. For example, I asked for two extra coffee pods, and was given four...same with the bath soap - I asked for one and was given three! When the coffee maker in the room was giving trouble, the maintenance staff came at once to check on it and replaced it with a brand new one. We also appreciated all the little thoughtful touches - shower in the opposite direction of the shower tap ensuring we didn't get drenched with the shower when switching on the tap, a footrest in the shower cabinet, almost soundless taps, the perfect water temperature in the taps, a mini fridge and microwave in the room, an extra comfartable sofa in addition to a king size ultra-plus bed, soft lighting in the room and a great view from a top floor room that we were given on request.Show More
