Our five-night stay at Fairmont Copley was nothing short of exceptional, and we cannot recommend it highly enough.
This was our 5th time staying at the Fairmont Copley; our last stay was several years ago, so when booking this trip, we actually debated switching it up and trying a different hotel, but we are all so glad we stuck with the Fairmont!
What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional service. The staff's dedication to making our stay fabulous was evident in every interaction. They continuously went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable experience, and their kindness and professionalism left a lasting impression.
We were travelling with a baby and a family member who experienced an unexpected health issue during the trip, so we were not the easiest guests. However, the staff were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful, even when our plans and circumstances changed.
From before we even arrived, Rav, Carolyn, and Sophia displayed remarkable hospitality and attentiveness.
The Gold Floor is very much worth it, as it's truly like a mini 5-star hotel within the hotel; in addition to the complementary breakfasts and appetizers, the talented Gold Floor staff demonstrate an impeccable level of service. The team provided us with everything we needed on a daily basis, taking special care to accommodate our unique situation.
We ended up spending a fair bit more time in the Gold Lounge than we anticipated, and were greeted warmly and enthusiastically each time. The staff were always available to assist us with any requests, big or small, and did so with a genuine smile. From check-in to check-out, each interaction was wonderful.
A very special thank you to Rav, Sofia, Kevin, and Rose, all of whom were so warm, caring and attentive. There was also another gentleman who so kindly and diligently arranged special eggs for a family member each morning, and I can’t believe I failed to note down his name (and I don’t trust my memory). The kindness and attentiveness was so appreciated. Thank you!!
Further, given our unusually complicated travel situation and needs (cot, crib, extra robes, etc), every staff member who delivered our items or brought our room service was also wonderful!
Our rooms were immaculate and well-appointed, offering a lovely retreat after our busy days. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made our stay even more pleasant (a very special thank you to Sophia!).
The hotel itself is breathtakingly beautiful. Even if you don’t get the chance to explore some of the amazing architecture or Museums that Boston has to offer, you can enjoy Picasso, Matisse, and Chagall art on the walls. From the flower displays, to the grand lobby, to the stunning mosaic floors, and the gorgeous restaurant, the hotel is very much a destination in itself.
We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding care and attention we received during our stay at the Fairmont Copley. It was a truly wonderful experience, and we look forward to returning in the near future.

10/10 Business Is Better @ Fairmont Copley
I stay here a few times every quarter as I have buiness in Copley & The Prudential Center. This is my first time back since December and your service in the restaurant was stellar compared to my past visits. I try to come extra early for breakfast as service was usually slow. I had breakfast on Tuesday & Wednesday this week and you actually have someone who cares about my stay as a whole. Denise helped on Tuesday when I was in a rush and made sure I got breakfast within 10 minutes. The server dropped the check as Denise must have told him I was short on time. She stopped by after a few bites to check on me asked if I was staying at the hotel and opened up a nice dialog. Asking about my comfort in the room or did I need anything extra. I mentioned to her I had been feeling dyhydrated over the past few days and she offered water or a powerade i think. I told her water would be great and she dropped off two boxes of water for my buiness day. I checked out on Wednesday and had breakfast once more before I left and you all were very busy. Denise remembered me and stopped by to check on me. I asked if she could get my check and that it would be posted right away so I could have a clean check out bill. She took care of that and offered to check me out and asked if I needed a hard copy as well as an electronic copy. I said email was perfect. I had my bill before I finished breakfast and didn't need to return to reception. She gave me an additional bottle of water for my ride to the airport. From a business traveller standpoint it doesn't get much better. I felt bad after she tried to sign me up for your frequent traveller program as I said I would think about it but never did before check out, I just signed up this afternoon and definately looking forward to returning for my next Boston visit.

The hotel is beautiful and has the old historic charm that was so nice and I do appreciate. The staff was wonderful and so kind and helpful. Location was great!

10/10 A great place to stay in Boston
Prompt, friendly service from ALL staff. Ambience is traditional and welcoming. If budget allows, "Gold" roos on 4th floor are very well appointed. Buffet Breakfast and Afternoon Tea are served daily in the private 4th floor lounge., which is also a great place to meet friends.

3/10 This Fairmont hotel wax the worst Fairmont I have stayed.
Customer service was poor for supposedly a five star hotel. Problems were not addressed in appropriate time when encountered. Definitely paid too much for what should have been a pleasant stay. Never plan to return to this Fairmont.

Our stay at the Fairmont Copley Plaza was so wonderful! We really enjoyed staying at the hotel,It is so historic and iconic. Everyone was very welcoming, Haji always had a smile on his face whenever he greeted us and of course Cori was the sweetest hotel dog ever!

Chowder excellent, but the buttered loaf of bread very tasty, room doors dated so hallway noise loud but infrequent. Staff very helpful.

4/10 The additional fees and taxes added a whopping $200.00 to the bill. I would never stay here again.
It was centrally located to many attractions and you could easily walk to many things.

9/10 4 night stay in the heart of Back Bay
The Fairmont is a historic hotel in the centre of Copley Plaza. The location is excellent and is in the heart of Back Bay which is a great location for first time visitors. We had a rental car with us and the hotel had a free valet service. The interiors of the hotel definitely give an old-timey feel, so if you're into history and architecture, then you'll definitely be pleased. I thought the elevator had a slight old smell (perhaps moldy or rusty? i dont know) but not significant enough for my rating to be affected. I travelled with my family of 4 and stayed in a Double Queen bed room. The room is well equipped and had everything we needed. Breakfast was included in our package and the food was decent as well. Overall a pleasant stay and would recommend.

10/10 Comfort, luxury, and top shelf service.
We’ve stayed here dozens of times. This time we stayed on the 4th floor with a package that included private check in, access to lounge and a small credit at the oak bar. The lounge offered coffee tea and soft drinks all day, happy hour w light bites from 5-7, and breakfast buffet in the morning until 10. Service was so friendly and efficient in the lounge and among the housekeeping staff. Cori is always the icing on the cake.
