The hotel e...The First Dolce in Rome was extraordinary for so many reasons. The property is perfectly located within walking distance to luxury fashion houses, the Spanish stairs and other landmarks. The hotel exceeded even our high expectations of an I Prefer property - it is pristine, absolutely stunning and the rooms are fabulous. We stayed in their Spa Suites - twice actually. Each suite was spacious, equipped with modern amenities, beautifully designed and housed a shower/steam room as well as a separate spacious jacuzzi tub. Both are constructed with Saint Laurent black marble and allow you to end your day in blissful luxury. The real treasure is the hotel management and team. They take service to the next level and genuinely care for their guests. (I’m still raving about our experience to everyone I know!) We had an unfortunate freak occurrence with our first room and were unable to stay there overnight. The management team could not have been any more apologetic or responsive. The hotel manager was off-site but immediately arranged for us to move to their sister property, The First Arte, an equally luxurious venue only 3 blocks away. Heni personally escorted us to the Arte, where they arranged for us to stay in an upgraded Spa Suite with a sumptuous complimentary breakfast feast. The team at the Arte was the height of graciousness and warmth despite the last minute accommodation. We were offered a second night at the Arte as an alternative to returning to the Dolce the next day but given the phenomenal care shown to us by the Dolce we elected to return there for the second night. The First Dolce staff came and personally conveyed all our belongings to the hotel where we were given an even more luxurious Spa Suite - Room 201. The new room had additional luxuries including a beautiful terrace over the Via del Corso and ….a fully equipped state of the art Vision Technogym! Doručak je nadmašio moja očekivanja ,a stalno putujem u hotelu ovakve kvalitete i nemože ih se puno pohvaliti ovakvim doručkom i osobito naglaskom na kvalitetu namirnica.Čestitke kuharu na perfektnoj posluženoj hrani.Kolekcija meda na doručku je prekrasna i naglasak na Bio proizvodima daje naglasak na razmišljanje o željama gostiju.Isto bih pohvalila osoblje na recepciji koje je extremno ljubazno i na usluzi gostima.Sobe su prekrasnog dizajna i čiste a jastuci udobni kao i krevet.pozicija hotela je odlična u centralnoj ulici u pješačkoj zoni a isto tako i u sigurnom dijelu grada gdje si na par minuta pješke od svih znamenitosti i prekrasnih piazza a isto tako i odličnih restorana u neposrednoj blizini ima jako puno po povoljnim cijenama a osoblje hotela zna uputiti gosta u dobre restorane .I svakako u shoping zoni prekrasne talijanske mode.I sama večera u restoranu hotela je bila iznimna i za preporuku i sa vrlo pristojnim cijenama ,ali ono što ovaj hotel čini različitim od drugih iste kategorije je fokus na udovoljavanju potreba gosta .Hvala vam na tome.I svakako hvala na nadogradnji u apartman.Niste to morali uradit ali tako mala gesta puno govori o vašoj želji da razveseli gosta .Tri noći smo boravili u hotelu i svakako ćemo se vratiti i preporučiti svim našim prijateljima.Show More

Having that much food put on all the breakfast tables was too much and we would have preferred a buffet stye to be able to make our selection.
