Your staff was excellent and should be recognized for their dedication to help all who stay there. Phenomenal in everyway, polite, courteous, and I feel went well an above their expectations and I would stay again just because of them only. Great water pressure and the water was hot. Breakfast was of buffet style. Good variety of choices.
Now for the hotel it's self, needs to be renovated. It is showing it's age. We stayed in room 611 and the carpet was dirty, yes vacuumed but still had spots, suggest to put in a tile or vinyl of some sort. The toilet, you had to hold the handle down in order to fully flush. Need brighter lights in the bathroom, more bars to hang towels so they could dry so they do not have to be replaced daily, need and exhaust in the bathroom, a light in the closet. Art work could be different and like a picture of tronto, niagra falls, or something a little nicer. The refrigerator was great and chilled our water and soda very nicely.
On the out side of the room, new hallway carpet, fraying at edges and again suggest tile or vinyl. Only ice machine working was on the 8th floor. Suggest more washers and dryer on different floors and not only the one on the 3rd floor. Again renovations are needed.
Please get a new van that looks better that what we had. Not sure how old but you knew it was very old and it showed. We went to tronto and was dropped off at the airport to take the UP train to Union Station, 25 minutes, and then picked up. While waiting to be picked up, every hotel that was picking up individuals, had a very nice van picking them up. We could tell when the hotels was coming by just the look of it. Take some pride and buy a new van for the drivers. To me, it just shows that the owners want the money and not to improve so that they might get more people to stay and get the word around that this is the best place to stay due to location and price.Show More
