Spend the last 2 nights here as we had a family wedding at the Jubilee Room over on Saturday. To be honest,the hotel looks old from the exterior but it's looks much better on the inside. The room was ...Spend the last 2 nights here as we had a family wedding at the Jubilee Room over on Saturday. To be honest,the hotel looks old from the exterior but it's looks much better on the inside. The room was better then expected where we had a comfortable 2 nights sleep after the event. Shout out to Ryan and Nantha Kumar who assisted me with all my request and enquiries from the front desk. The only downside is when I was attended by staff named Wei Heng,whom I feel could be a bit more welcoming and friendlier when speaking to guest when being approached. Bellman Jumari was of good assistance as well with all the luggages we had and lastly staff from the breakfast area,Marga was friendly and assisted me and the kids well even though it was busy. Another thing to take note of,there isn't a lift down to the carpark area,where my dad ended up slipping the flight of stairs on the way down. Thank god nothing serious. Perhaps they can look into this. Overall it was a good experience nonetheless.Show More

There is a kitchen helper wearing a grey uniform with apron doing the dessert (rice ball with ginger) refill, he even checks on the fire is on before he moves off. 4. New team of Malaysian chefs are very good cook. Food is nice and delicate cutting even down to the chili sauce. 5. Price is reasonable while the food was delicious and appetizing 6. After dinner, don’t feel thirsty although water was not included in the buffet 7. Now days you can hardly find this kind of service. Not even at Shangri La hotel cafe (have to ask the manager for more food and top up at 1930 hrs. ) 8. I did share my compliments to the front desk manager, Bella, who was on duty.Show More

A few minutes to some great restaurants where you can sit inside or out and enjoy the surroundings. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, nice amenities and very clean. Our rate included breakfast and it was very good. Buffet style with about everything one would want. The Big Bus hop on hop off stop is right across the street so very convenient way to see the city. Definite stops are at the Bontanic Gardens and the Gardens by the Bay.Show More
