On this solo 5 day trip I grabbed a last minute luxury escapes deal at 4 Points by Sheraton in Seminyak. I would have to say this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at and what makes it extra special is without a doubt the amazing staff. They are the most attentive, beautiful people I have met in Bali. The service is second to none and management should be extremely proud of them all. I don’t won’t to single out individuals as the whole cohort of staff are sensational. The restaurant staff in particular are fantastic. So friendly, exceptional service. I enjoyed speaking to them all everyday. Always smiling, happy and could not do enough for me. Same goes for the reception staff and cleaning staff. The hotel itself is a little oasis. It is just on the outskirts of the madness of the main streets of Seminyak. It’s close enough to duck in and then retreat back to a calm, relaxing and beautiful environment. Rooms are very clean and spacious and the pool area is beautiful. When I return with my family I have told them we have to come back and stay at this great hotel again. I will be back. The hotel is located in a quiet part of Bali—peaceful and away from the crowds—yet still close enough to the Seminyak markets and main areas, so getting around was easy. The food was fairly average, nothing exceptional, but acceptable for a quick bite. What really stood out, though, was the team. Everyone we interacted with was helpful, polite, and genuinely tried to make the stay smooth. Overall, a good option if you’re looking for space, comfort, and a calm location without being too far from the action.Show More

From being greeted and checked in on the 1st day by our dear guest expert at reception mr Jeremy to our professional staff at the spa where they simply made the whole famiky feel like home ! The staff greeted us daily with our names and kids felt safe . The beds were always made with a hand note of well wishes . The food was customised with greeting for the kids which they loved ! Overall this made our decision to revisit bali very easy as it felt like home away from home .Show More
