I really like this hotel and how convenient it was to all the excitement on Fremont St. We were able to check in early which is awesome and greatly appreciated. We were asked if we preferred a “quie...I really like this hotel and how convenient it was to all the excitement on Fremont St. We were able to check in early which is awesome and greatly appreciated. We were asked if we preferred a “quiet or loud’ room. I opted for quiet not knowing these rooms were the old run down tower. I wished she would have asked if we preferred a “newly renovated room OR an older one”. Unfortunately we were not informed how parking worked at check in and I didn’t ask because I thought the information would be in our key packet we received by the agent. FYI - mention to the clerk you have a vehicle at check in and they will issue you a parking pass. It’s $5 bucks a day, but once you get a “players card” they deduct that fee a charge 0. Room was older, there was a few water issues; sink wouldn’t drain one morning and the shower wouldn’t work the next. Window shade was dusty, floors were dirty. NONE of these issues bothered us enough to complain. We spent very minimal time in the room, so it was no biggie to us. We would and will be back. Show More

I enjoyed my stay here a lot. I attend a yearly convention at the nearby Plaza hotel but last year and this year I decided to stay at the Four Queens and I will continue to do so. I attend a yearly convention at the nearby Plaza hotel but last year and this year I decided to stay at the Four Queens and I will continue to do so. Unlike the Plaza, you don’t get those ridiculous “resort fees” at Four Queens. Plus the Plaza doesn’t even have coffee makers in the rooms, but the Four Queens does. I like to have a cup the second I wake up so this makes my life easier. I also appreciate having a fridge in the room. I bought a foot long sub at Four Queens’ Subway so I had 6in for lunch at 6 in for breakfast the next day so having a fridge in the room was a must. Also, I liked the fitness room and pool…both of which you can utilize at the nearby Binions. I look forward to staying at the Four Queens again next year. The man who checked us in was very personable very nice and helpful. When we checked out in the morning the woman reservation clerk was very rude. We asked for a receipt to show we checked out and she said we could not have a receipt because we didn't pay the Hotel directly, and that the Hotel did not receive any money from us. They did however, take a $100 deposit. I just said I wanted something that shows we left the hotel and didn't have any charges. She said too bad you will get my receipt from Hotels.com on my e mail. I was traveling and I had no way to check. I have not received a receipt from Hotels.com for checking out.Show More

Good day. The staff was the best part of the hotel. Particularly a young lady named Gina. She was very polite & professional. Now the hotel itself could use a little tlc.
