I’m writing this months later because I have been traveling a lot (to other four seasons and other 5 star hotels) and just keep thinking how this spontaneous trip to Toronto was just so nice! Overall, just super thoughtful staff that know how to treat their guests. My fiancé and I stayed here as a little pre-moon for the Cold Play concert for 2 nights. It was so nice that it felt like a week! Before arrival, I asked them the best way to get to the concert and they sent me step-by-step instructions for two different subway routes and a private car service option as well + general tips like when to leave ect. Upon arrival, we received a complimentary upgrade to a gorgeous corner suite (with our Amex Platinum benefits). In our suite, awaited freshly baked squirrel-shaped dog treats. I took a bite because I wasn’t sure what they were. They were delicious (for a dog treat! Lol) We ended up staying in because we just felt so comfortable and spoiled and ordered room service like 5x. The food was always fabulous and arrived in a timely manner. If I needed ketchup or an extra plate they happily ran back down to get it. I loved the bath tub. I took a bath twice a day. Staff answered the iPad-chat very very very quickly. I felt like I was def a little needy this trip and they were super accommodating, kind, and eager to help with my requests. If I ordered extras (pillows ect) they came within minutes. At one point, I wanted to take my dog on a walk and asked “which direction outside the hotel would be the cutest walk” and they basically mapped out which/where to walk and gave me options because they didn’t know which vibe I wanted like “through cute shops” or “through a park” and longer/shorter.Show More

Renovated in 2024, the rooms are fresh and elegant, with excellent beds and bedding. Bathrooms are sleek, though amenities are limited for a hotel of this caliber. Service throughout the hotel was professional, efficient, and polished. Staff are accommodating and attentive, and the in-room tablet system for room service and other requests works very well once you get used to it. Dining, however, falls short of five-star standards — and of the Boulud reputation. Room service can be hit or miss and is generally slow. Breakfast was underwhelming: the omelette — modest in size — came with a petite salad, emphasis on petite. The additional side of tomato — five medium slices for $9 — felt excessive. The two half-slices of country bread, placed as filler directly on an otherwise sparse plate, reflected a surprising lack of elegance. At this level, one expects a sense of generosity and refinement. That said, the desserts are excellent, beautifully crafted and delicious. The gym is large and well-equipped, though some equipment is beginning to show its age, which does not detract from its use. The spa is relaxing, with genial staff, light snacks, and a steam room. Overall: A luxurious, comfortable, and impeccably maintained hotel that delivers professionalism but stops short of Four Seasons enchantment.Show More

The new FS Hotel Toronto is located in the Yorkville District ...Stayed here whilst attending a conference downtown. The FS in Toronto was originally located on Avenue A. That hotel is now a park Hyatt. The new FS Hotel Toronto is located in the Yorkville District which has great restaurants and high end shopping. It’s far though to downtown with traffic. If you are in meetings downtown you might consider somewhere closer to the city center. The staff here are super friendly. Special shout out to Danielo and Mary who were great from the concierge staff with their restaurant recommendations and sorting out reservations for me. The hotel is nicely appointed in typical FS understated style. Only one bar and one restaurant. DBar was not very lively so if you are looking for fun go elsewhere. The restaurant is Cafe Boloud which is very good. Do recommend going out to the neighborhood to eat as well though. Lots of great choices! Valet staff are super efficient and friendly. It was a solid stay. Will come back here again.Show More

I definitely recommend the four seasons hotel. You are in prime location. It is also close to the subway. I enjoyed the facilities at the spa. I enjoyed the facilities at the spa. I received a body scrub treatment which left my skin silky and smooth. People noticed i had a treatment done; thats how good the body scrub treatment was! I enjoyed the pool, steam room, sauna and gym. The gym is open 24 hours which is nice. The food is good as well, and the D Bar is fun. They have a dj and late night food and drinks were delicious. I recommend this hotel 100%Show More
