I recommend anyone planning a long-term relocation or business assignment in Singapore, I earnestly recommend this serviced apartment for its comfort, location, and, most importantly, its outstanding staff. The suites are spacious, well-maintained, and designed to accommodate long-term living. The full kitchen facilities, in-unit laundry, and comfortable living spaces made settling in painless. The amenities, including the pool and gym, were excellent and never overcrowded. In my opinion, what sets Fraser Suites Singapore apart is the incredible team that manages it. The staff demonstrates a level of professionalism, warmth, and genuine care that is rare to find. A diamond in the rough. Their constant effort to ensure my miniscule needs were met is the backbone of the wonderful long-term experience here. Great accolades must go to these people who made my stay especially memorable: Miss Cynthia: Her dedication and professionalism are evident in every interaction with guests and myself. She consistently went above and beyond, handling requests with efficiency and a cheerful demeanor that brightened my day. The facilities, including the gym and laundry rooms, are easy to use, and any issues are always resolved quickly by the staff. I would also like to highlight two staff members for their outstanding service: Cynthia – Whenever we had any problems, such as issues with the washing machine, she responded immediately and helped arrange a replacement or a quick solution. She is always friendly, efficient, and reliable. Sai Cheng – She cleans our room every day and is extremely responsible and detailed in her work. Her dedication and professionalism make our stay much more comfortable. Overall, this hotel has provided a wonderful long-term living experience. Check-in was quick and we were given a free room upgrade, from our original two-bedroom to a three-bedroom.As soon as we entered the room, we immediately fell in love with it because of its modern, bright interior design, and of course, the cool air conditioning (even though it was quite hot outside). The kids loved it right away.The kitchen equipment was complete enough for us for a week. We were also happy to have tap water that already had a filter, so we didn't have to buy a lot of drinking water. Our child's favorite thing was the swimming pool; almost every day, our child asked to swim. Hot weather, clean pool, perfect.Show More

Housekeeping comes 2 to 3 times a week and I would like to give a special shout out to Anggamah and Fazilah on floor 14, for coping with the mess in our 3 bedroom apartment with our cat :) We moved 3 days ago but I already miss you guys :( The swimming pool is very big and often homes giant buoys for kids 🦄 The fitness center is big and contains the perfect mix of gym necessities. The location is also great as there is a shopping center right below the building with 2 supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops and an amazing “boulangerie” ! The bus line will take you straight to Orchard and is located on the main road, 100m from the shopping center. Everything is easy from here ! It’s a 10 out of 10 for us !
