The location is great and the price was okay. Otherwise very disappointing. Drove 10 hours and went to check in, I had already paid for the rooms and resort fee. I'm so grateful I had my own receipt pulled up to compare otherwise I would have been spending an extra $400 right now! And when I even brought it up nicely the man Craig who checked us in was so rude to us, giving us attitude when we caught on, even slamming our room keys on the counter, and saying our room number out loud. SO UNSAFE! I came out to celebrate my anniversary with my husband and it was off to a very rough start. Then we get to our room, and their were somebody else's hair all over some towels and in the bed! They told us they were fully booked. Glad be brought our own blankets to cover it and sleep on top of. Couldn't wait to get out of there honestly. I only give service one star because atleast the bell hop was really nice. I wish I rembered his name.Show More

If you are a light sleeper, don’t stay here, you can literately hear the nightly concert(maybe it’s weekend only since we were here from Fri to Sun) play up until 3am. Otherwise the price was decent for the weekend, room is tiny but since it’s an older hotel and it didn’t smell bad, and convenient location to see the Fremont Street Experience outweighs the room size for me, you just can’t have it all. The staff were very helpful and personable. The room is nice, but small. The bathroom is very small. What I didn't like is that guests cannot have access to luggage carts. I wss told that only bell hops have access to the carts and they don't start until 9 am. So as a couple in our 70s, we had to lug our own luggage down to our car along with additional bags.
