My partner and I paid for two beds in a shared dorm but when we arrived there were no lockers available (even though we were s...The hostel was absolutely disgusting in terms of service and cleanliness. My partner and I paid for two beds in a shared dorm but when we arrived there were no lockers available (even though we were supposed to have one each) and all surfaces and the floor were covered in rubbish, so we had to put our bags on one bed and share the other. However when we returned to the hostel after dinner our second bed had been taken so we had no where to sleep! The reception was closed so we had no staff members to talk to so we had to last minute find somewhere else to stay. When we came back in the morning to check out the staff refused to refund us for the three other nights we were supposed to stay but didn't because of the terrible service we'd recieved and not getting the bed we paid for. The staff said we should have asked everyone in the room if they were supposed to be there or not, NOT the job of the guest! This backpackers is the worst accommodation I have ever had the displeasure of visiting and I urge people to not waste their money on this dump. Show More
