A friendly hotel representative greeted us right at the gate and personally escorted us through immigration and customs — a seamless, stress-free experience that set the tone for our entire stay. She then introduced us to our driver, who whisked us away in a luxurious Mercedes-Benz sedan to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted car-side by Lucy, who had already prepared our room keys and personally escorted us straight to our room. Check-in took place right in our room, a thoughtful touch that exemplified the hotel’s impeccable service. Lucy gave us a tour of both the room and the hotel’s highlights, immediately making us feel at home. Our Premier Bay View Room was nothing short of spectacular — modern, elegant, and beautifully designed. Every detail was considered, from the cutting-edge technology and perfectly balanced lighting to the sumptuous bedding that guaranteed the best sleep we had in ages. And of course, the view over Marina Bay was absolutely mesmerizing. The rooftop bar and pool deserve a special mention — a true urban oasis. Whether sipping a cocktail as the sun sets or enjoying a morning swim overlooking Marina Bay Sands, the experience was simply unforgettable. The location couldn’t be better: right on the waterfront, within easy walking distance of Singapore’s major attractions, shopping areas, and vibrant Hawker markets. The friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and stunning balcony views here were a truly pleasant surprise. A special thank you to Ms. Diana Soo at the front desk. Her kindness and attentiveness were exceptional. Upon learning that my dad needed to go for dialysis, she immediately arranged for an early check-in for us, ensuring my parents had a cozy place to rest before heading to the hospital. She then kindly introduced the rooms facilities to us and gave my mom extra folding fans she had admired. Throughout our stay, she frequently checked on my parents and chatted with them, making us feel incredibly cared for. And thanks to Ms. Sharon Ng for arranging the room upgrade and early check-in via email before we arrived. This gave us more spacious rooms and allowed my parents to rest well. The staff at the entrance and the ladies at the breakfast reception were also very friendly. Sincere gratitude to the gentleman in charge of in-room dining (sorry for not getting his name) for his efficient and high-quality service. He was very understanding and helpful when we asked for our food to be prepared and packed due to our rushed schedule between the hospital and attractions. The delicious meals and generous portions were a real treat. We really enjoyed them. The turndown service with essential oils and chocolates was a lovely touch. The only minor issue was with housekeeping. A family member was a bit startled to find some old nail clippings near the bathtub, and a dead spider under a pillow. Overall, the service, food and room views at the hotel were amazing.Show More

Of the many h...Have just spent a 4 night/5 day stay at The Fullerton Bay Hotel that will stand out in my mind as being one of the best, if not THE best, holiday and hotel experiences I have ever had. Of the many highlights of this hotel one stands above all else: the staff. I have never encountered such thoughtful attention to detail on a level that the staff at The Fullerton Bay Hotel demonstrate with every interaction. From stepping out of the car on arrival to our (sad) departure, every single member of staff we had contact with exceeded our expectations with their genuine desire to make our stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. Special mention must go to Lotha and Jasmine at La Brasserie, who's gracious and attentive service was truly first class and got our days off to a most pleasing start. Lotha even organised for a birthday cake to be sent to my room from the La Brasserie staff which was a delightful gesture. I was also presented with yet another slice with a candle the next day to make sure my birthday was properly celebrated! On our last day we had the good fortune to speak with Boon who was so generous with his time and insider knowledge of the local area, he saved us from wilting under the Singapore heat by suggesting alternative routes to our destination! Of course the hotel's amenities, rooms and interior design is luxury personified but the staff are the element that make this hotel truly special. When next in Singapore we would not consider staying anywhere else.Show More

All the staff we met at the landing point were very friendly, helpfull and attentive . The room itself is such a relaxing place to be with lovely views and also smells divine. Ive had afternoon teas all over the world and this is by far the best ive ever had, for taste ,value ,service and experience. Ive already told Lotha i will be making the 7000 mile journey to go again and cant wait to try more of the fullerton bays hospitality.Show More
