8.6(1537)10/10 Fantastic stay at this hotel, awesome location in downtown Vancouver
The room was impecable, nicely renovated. The bed was very comfortable, the bedding, the mattress , the pillows, all very nice. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable, with a very nice and modern shower, and many towels.
The room was big with all the right furniture, we had a King bed. Fridge, Nespresso coffe maker with complimentary coffee and tea. Robes, safe, umbrella. A big desk and a comfortable chair and another nice sofa by the window. A big bonus, we didn't have to buy bottles of water. On each floor they provide plenty of free filtered water and ice. They give glass bottles to every room.
Secure elevators, going up to our floor with our own room access card.
The housekeeping is excellent. The front desk is excellent, 24/7. All the staff including the maintenance people were excellent.
The location is awesome, and we always had a taxi available in front of the hotel. Buses, train, also near the water with water taxis. The hotel is right across from the BC Stadium, always illuminated at night, we had a very nice view. Plenty of good restaurants, bars, Shopping, entertainment, grocery stores, convenience stores, Pharmacies, Casino nearby, Central Library, theatres, Art Gallery, many other tourist attractions at walking distance (Canada Place, Robson, Gastown, Yaletown, etc). At the hotel we went many times to Frankie's italian restaurant, delicious, and attended to 2 different Jazz performances next door with the same menu choices for dinner. This is not our first time at this hotel, and we will repeat it next time we go to Vancouver.

9/10 Brilliant Hotel and Location. So Happy We Stayed Here.
This hotel is only a 5-10 minute walk to the airport train and it's right across the road from the Rogers Arena. We did a one day tour to Whistler and Land and Sea Tours picked us up right outside the hotel. They right next to Robson Street which is the main shopping strip in downtown Vancouver and it's only a 5 min walk to the Aqua Bus to Granville Island. It's also a 5 min walk to the buses that take you to Park Royal shopping centre and Stanley Park. There are restaurants everywhere and it's in a safe area too. The room was tidy and clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff on the front desk and room service and cleaning staff were all super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. If we ever go back to Vancouver we will definitely stay here. Hotel guests also get a 20% discount if you dine at the accompanying restaurant that looked really good and was always full with diners, which is a good sign. We didn't eat there but the menu was delicious. I noticed a previous review mentioned a funny smell in the common area / Reception / entrance ... that is simply an air freshener.

10/10 Beautiful clean hotel with friendly staff
Such happy, friendly staff, bedrooms were so beautifully clean and felt so fresh. Everywhere in the hotel just felt cared for, clean and like staff took pride in this place (especially after coming from a VERY average hotel the night before, this was such a welcome change). It is in a great location as well.

9/10 Worth it, especially when the price is lower.
Nice room. Had a separate seating area with desk. Clean, modern hotel, beds are a bit firm. Although close to BC place, street noise wasn't an issue. Frankie's Italian in the lobby was very good and seemed full on jazz nights. During times when prices seem cheaper, this hotel is definitely nicer and a step up from others in the same price range .

8/10 Great location, great staff!
We attended a concert at Roger’s Arena, it was a very quick walk to and from the venue. There were many great restaurants around the hotel. The hotel itself was very clean and had everything we needed.

Excellent location to Rogers Arena. We walked to the concert and back with no problems.
We had drinks at the connected restaurant which was very lovely.
Check in and out were smooth.

10/10 Lovely hotel in downtown Vancouver
Everything. Seriously. Not a single thing wrong at this hotel. I can see why it’s so expensive. It’s very worth the money. The staff will treat you so well and are incredibly accommodating. Loved them so much I don’t think I’ll want to stay anywhere else ever in my future visits to Vancouver.

We’ve stayed at this hotel a few times over the last 10 years but not since Covid. The recent remodeling has elevated the experience considerably. Very pleasant.
