Broken kettle, broken Blinds, filthy dirty Brown dirt on bathroom walls I’ll leave it up to your imagination to work out what it is. Broken dishwasher. management company, never Address any of the issues. Travelled with a nine Week old baby Couldn’t put her down anywhere as a place was so dirty. We used three bedrooms and two bathrooms and the management company charged us for four stained bath mats when we only used two bathrooms and one Missing remote control and ripped pillowcase from the bedroom. We didn’t Use and also one missing Tea towel and missing hand towel. Asked management company to send photos of damaged stained towels and bath mats, no reply.. Have attached pictures of the villa you can make your own informed choice. I’ve been coming to Florida four times a year for the last 30 years and never dealt with such a poor management. Will be taking the matter further.Show More
