Other guests were super noisy all the way up until 3-4am. Everywhere smelled like weed. Seemed pretty ghetto. Water park area with kids slide was not free like we were initially told. Water park area with kids slide was not free like we were initially told. When I showed them evidence that it should be free, they stopped communicating with me as if they were mad. Pool and jacuzzi lights didn’t work and when I communicated it to there staff they did nothing about it. Was lied to about multiple things. By the way, this is 2 years in a row staying at Solterra and 2 years in a row of dealing with the same exact problems. If you’re looking for somewhere cheap to stay this is it, but I would strongly recommend you spend a little extra money to stay somewhere better. The staff weren’t helpful at all, they lie and give you empty promises. Will not be staying here anymore. Show More
