Our room was not ready, we were told it would be 8 minutes. 25 minutes later I had to ask again and but into the line of a dozen other people since they told me to wait and they would calle, but they ...Our room was not ready, we were told it would be 8 minutes. 25 minutes later I had to ask again and but into the line of a dozen other people since they told me to wait and they would calle, but they did not. Got to our room for 4 people, only had 2 towels, 2 coffee cups and coffee packages . Tried to call the desk , got hung up on every time. No idea where the ice machine was , no info in room. Found a maid who only spoke Spanish but managed to get 2 extra towels from her and found the only I've machine was in the lobby, we were on the sixth floor. Had to go downstairs and reach behind the unmanned bar to get two more coffee cups. I was also charged $17.00 to park in the disabled parking spot which I had a pass for. Pas de café dans les chambres malgré qu’on leur a demandé et la cafetière ne permet pas d’avoir notre café.
