This is my second time at this hotel since August and I will be booking again for a December trip. The location was perfect for access to the area that my daughter studies in. However, it was also clo...This is my second time at this hotel since August and I will be booking again for a December trip. The location was perfect for access to the area that my daughter studies in. However, it was also close (10-15 mins) to many shopping malls and entertainment areas. The road network makes journeys easy to travel to anywhere in Ontario, including Toronto city centre which was only 30 minutes ,including traffic, and Niagara Falls only took just over an hour. The airport is also minutes away. My hotel rooms have been larger than average with 2 Queen size beds. I also stayed in a Suite which had a large lounge area and was fully equipped for me to work from. The bathrooms are also very large and extremely clean. If you can get a Race track view as you can watch the horses training and race days from your room. We are not gamblers, but enjoyed a few hours in the casino area and also attended a horse racing day. The pool is not large, but, again, the setup is spotless and has a lovely saunas and a jacuzzi. There are plenty of eating places around the hotel which cater for different preferences. All of which you can order to your room. The room service is speedy and easy to order through your TV. A theatre adjoins the hotel with some good events scheduled. We were lucky to see Old Dominion. Bonus that you don't even need to leave the building !!! Plus a couple of bars on your route back. There is masses of parking. I found every member of staff to be extremely helpful and accommodating. I had to extend my first stay 3x and although I had to move rooms, it was seamless.Show More
