The rooms were very clean, with a comfortable bed plus a large ensuite with immediate hot water if required, and were promptly serviced each day. Though I had to wait 20 mins when I arrived as the nig...The rooms were very clean, with a comfortable bed plus a large ensuite with immediate hot water if required, and were promptly serviced each day. Though I had to wait 20 mins when I arrived as the night-desk guy couldn't find my prepaid booking, after that the staff couldn't have been pleasanter or more helpful. They also provided a quick, efficient laundry service. A small in-house warung may be open in season but it was closed during this visit, so I had to go out for all meals; I'd have appreciated a breakfast option. But cold beer was available on request. Other negatives probably apply to other hotels as well; but in particular: There was no desk or equivalent in my room, although iirc some booking sites said there was. When I asked, the staff did provide a small, low, round table, but I couldn't use it for the laptop work I wanted to do. All chairs in the room and on attached verandah were in the local style, solid wood surfaces with no cushions or upholstery, and quickly became very uncomfortable. Intermittently there was appreciable noise: from the PA system of a nearby mosque; from the main west coast road outside the hotel; and from a non-muffled two-stroke pump set that the hotel used daily to clear water from an underground chamber.Show More

The staff is greatandvtge place looks pretty. Despite they have mosquitoes repellant, there are mosquitoes and pull me back in staying in open areas. Without shuttle I wouldn't have stayed here. fortunately the contracted cab driver provides occasional free shuttle but there are occassions they are not in the hotel. Given those it's not value for money as I could get better hotel by paying a bit more.Show More

The room was nice clean and big, with air con. I don't know much about the location as we hired scooters and drove around the island so did not explore too closely. Is close to the main strip fro resturants, we took a very cheap taxi there and back. The pool was nice and refreshing, not much seating area. Breakfast was great, there is an atm out front. And friends I was with went to the spa and enjoyed it. Overall it was a relaxing stop in Lombok and was perfect for what we needed.Show More
