Staff gave us a better route to the station. The female only dorm was very clean, quiet, and had all the amenities one would require. You had to pay a nominal amount for towels if you wanted them. The staff member who checked us in was very friendly, nice, and helpful. The room doesn't have much space for your belongings but we knew that and managed well. The beds were really private and have enough room for all your personal belongings and items you might want to keep safe. The bathrooms and showers were very clean. I highly recommend this hostel and I will definitely stay here again if I visit Hiroshima. Also, a shout out to the staff for allowing us to store our luggage for the day. We left our backpack at the hostel, and they kept it for us till we could collect it the next day. It was such a relief to have that communication and assurance from staff. Thank you for your kindness. Also want to point out that changing pass codes helps with security and we are glad they take that seriously.Show More

Clean toilets, bathroom, kitchen. You can feel that everything is organised in a way to accommodate the guests. (Maybe you could add a hanger next to mirror to hang the cosmetics bag?) Cute common space with guitar, ukulele, board games... Very nice staff speaking very good English. I was supposed to stay 1 night and extended my stay. Very good location, right next to the station. Great value for money.Show More
